Newsletter Banner Ad Information

HDI Member Price:

$45 per newsletter edition for a headline banner.  The position is at the top of the newsletter.

$35 per newsletter edition for a footer banner.  The position is at the bottom of the newsletter.

Non-Member Price:

$55 per newsletter edition for a headline banner.  The position is at the top of the newsletter.

$45 per newsletter edition for a footer banner.  The position is at the bottom of the newsletter.

There are two positions available, therefore a vendor may take 2 positions for different ads or the positions may be sold to 2 vendors.

Setup Costs:

If you supply the banner there is no charge for setup or banner creation.  If you would like to have the banner created for you there is a setup fee of $50 for a non-animated GIF and $100 for an animated GIF.  Logos or other images may be supplied for inclusion in the banner in GIF, JPEG or PSD (Photoshop) format.

Payment of Fees:

All fees for inclusion and setup will be billed in advance and are due on receipt of invoice.  There will be a discount of 10% on inclusion fees for purchasing inclusions in 2 or more newsletter editions.  You will be invoiced by Help Desk Calgary for inclusions and by Wrebit Media for setup (if required).

Banner Specifications:

The banner image size is 400 W X 50 H pixels.  It may be an animated GIF or single frame GIF, or JPEG format.

Reporting:

A tracking report will be provided to the purchaser following each newsletter edition.  This will include the number of clicks on the banner ad as well as the contact information for each click-through.
