Age. Darvin's words are still as relevent today as when they were first
espoused during the early part o the 19th century--indeed, perhaps never
more so than right now. With the veritable explosion of moderm
telecommunications and computing power, a very competitive global
marketplace is emerging and rapidly changing the face of the workplace.
In order to succeed in this period of unprecedented technological
advance, inviduals an organizations have to be ready and willing to
