Ron Yarwood - Guest Speaker February 24

Join us for the February 24 luncheon with guest speaker Ron Yarwood. The topic is "Voice over IP in the Contact Centre." Ron's presentation will provide information on how the Support Excellence contact centre's VoIP system was setup and how contact centres can utilize this technology to advantage. Help Desk Calgary Executive Elections Coming Soon!
Each year approximately one-half of the volunteer board of Help Desk Calgary positions are open for nominations. Each of the positions are a two year term and the terms are staggered to provide continuity of leadership.

Nominations are being now accepted for the positions of President, Vice President Communications, Treasurer, and Secretary.

Getting involved! Ask any one of the current executive why they volunteer and what they get out of it (besides a complimentary Gold HDI membership). This is not only an opportunity to help out the professional community, but is a great learning experience.

ITIL Foundation Course in Calgary
