Mission Statement
We are a member-driven organization established for Calgary and
area Customer Support Professionals to provide a networking forum and
programs for the continuous improvement of the Customer Support
Industry.
Vision Statement
Our active, growing and diverse membership is committed to
fostering professionalism and the continuous promotion of sharing and
learning. Local Member Benefits Effective January 1, 2004
to December 31, 2004 all new and renewed memberships will qualify to
receive three free luncheon passes valued at a total of $75.
Once confirmation has been received from Help Desk Institute of the
purchase the passes will be made available to the member.
